Meet Debbie Dietz
I’m Debbie Dietz, a Florida native, a real estate professional with The Keyes Company, a disability advocate, an educator, and a consultant. For more than 20 years, I’ve helped people understand their options, navigate challenges, and make informed decisions.
The Dietz Difference brings that experience together around four pillars: Home, Safety, Community, and Purpose. I help people think beyond the house to consider how their home and community support the life they want to live. My work includes buying and selling homes in Palm Beach County, with a particular interest in 55+ communities, accessibility, and aging in place, as well as consulting and training through Disability Insights.
Experience That Makes a Difference
My career began in the classroom as a high school science teacher and grew into more than two decades of disability advocacy, nonprofit leadership, and consulting. I co-founded Disability Independence Group in 2002 and founded Disability Insights in 2024 to help businesses and communities become more accessible and welcoming.
Today, I also bring that experience to real estate with The Keyes Company. As a person with a disability, I understand how everyday details can shape someone’s experience of a home or community. I listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help people explore choices that reflect their priorities.
Disability Independence Group
Non-profit advocacy & leadership
For more than 20 years, Disability Independence Group (DIG) has been an important part of my work and my story. I co-founded DIG in 2002 to help expand opportunities, inclusion, and equal treatment for people with disabilities.
Through advocacy, education, training, and programs like the Wallet Card® Project, DIG has given me the opportunity to work alongside people with disabilities, families, community organizations, businesses, and public agencies. That experience continues to shape how I approach my work today—and is an important part of The Dietz Difference.
